vanzanow.ca offers a couple of shipping options to customers.

【Standard Shipping】

For orders under $49, a $10 flat rate standard shipping fee;

For orders over $49, standard shipping fees will be waived;

Standard Shipping( 3-9 business days);

 

【Express Shipping】

For orders under $99,a $20 flat rate express shipping fee;

For orders over $99, express shipping fees will be waived;

 

Express Shipping( 1-2 business days regionally, Ontario);

Express Shipping( 2-6 business days nationally for the rest of Canada (Delivery time varies depending on regions) ;

 

Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Please consider that holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at services@vanzavape.ca if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us if you have an urgent request.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
